Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only; no refunds.
Earrings: Final sale for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
Customized/personalized pieces: Final sale.

Defects or damage: Email support@sovanajewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Return process: Email us with your order number for a return authorization. Return shipping is free.

Refunds: Once inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final-sale items, worn or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.
