Production time: Most Sovana pieces are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for crafting before shipment.

Transit times:

• USA Standard: 2–5 business days

• USA Expedited: 1–2 business days

Rates: Standard free, Expedited $15.

Carriers & tracking: USPS or UPS with tracking provided upon shipment.

Incorrect addresses: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

Lost/stolen packages: Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, claims must be filed with the carrier.

International orders: Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
